Best Practices
Tips for KDP authors listing books and for reviewers leaving honest Amazon reviews: descriptions, response times, pacing and review quality.
For Authors:
• Points per review are auto-estimated (typically 10–25; minimum is 5) based on your book size and review type
• Write clear book descriptions
• Respond to submissions promptly
For Reviewers:
• Only accept books you'll actually read
• Leave thoughtful, honest reviews
• Submit proof promptly
• Do not rush many Amazon posts in a short window — the platform caps how often you can submit
