0. Platform Operator

AuthorPilot (KDP Review Exchange) is operated by ABCreativeLabs Ltd (Company No. NI716645). In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to ABCreativeLabs Ltd.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AuthorPilot (KDP Review Exchange), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

We provide a platform connecting authors and reviewers in a points-based exchange. Authors list books and offer points for honest reviews. Reviewers earn points by completing reviews, which they can use to list their own books. We do NOT offer paid reviews. All reviews must be honest, unbiased, and based on actual reading.

3. Account and Trial

New users receive a 2-week free trial with limited features. After the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan (Pro or Elite) to continue using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Amazon Compliance

AuthorPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing. Users are solely responsible for complying with Amazon's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and review policies. We do not guarantee that any review will be approved or displayed by Amazon. We require honest feedback only; users must not offer or accept compensation for biased reviews.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) post paid or incentivized reviews that are not honest; (b) use fake or duplicate accounts; (c) harass other users; (d) attempt to circumvent platform limits; (e) misuse the points system; or (f) violate any applicable law. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and content are owned by us. User-generated content (book listings, reviews) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and use it as needed to operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
