Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

You may cancel your Pro or Elite subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the period end.

2. Points Purchases

Points purchased in bulk are generally non-refundable once used. If you have not used purchased points and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we may approve a refund at our discretion. Contact us via the Contact link at the bottom of the page to request.

3. How to Request a Refund

Use the Contact form on our website to reach us. Include your email, order or subscription details, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Free Tier

The free 2-week trial requires no payment. There are no refunds applicable to the free tier.
